This week we were really happy to catch up with Caroline and see how her fitness experience has been! She began training at Fort Worth Strong in the fall of 2020 and has really excelled.
Her client journey began with group training and has since moved to personal training 3 days a week with Coach Hight. As a yoga instructor, her strength training has played a huge role in her yoga practice.
We really loved her wisdom and advice on what it was like in the beginning of her training. Not overwhelming yourself and “setting realistic goals and expectations” help remind us that progress happens in small steps! She saw this in her own journey and offers great insight in this interview.
