Cynthia Thorne

Coach & Team Manager

As someone who has always found freedom in movement. I draw from my own experience and practice of dance, yoga, and strength training to create an integrated, whole-human approach to wellness with everyone I have the opportunity to work with. Movement and strength are for every body.

Nick Hight


I am a lifelong athlete who has developed a passion for health and performance. I provide an experienced coaching approach to rehabilitative training as well as strength, power, speed, and physique training development. Education: Kinesiology (Undergrad), NSCA-CPT, USAWL, and CPR-AED.

Mitch Stephens


I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer who loves all things body weight and calisthenics. I am devoted to making the gym an inclusive, welcoming space, and to remove any fears about fitness.

Kyle DeBruler

Coach & Client Manager

I find a great sense of purpose leading others to a happier, healthier lifestyle through exercise. I specialize in Olympic weightlifting and mobility, and I help my clients move and feel confident within their workouts and everyday activities outside of the gym.

Undergraduate degree at Tarleton State University. A medical student with a wealth of knowledge and experience helping clients and athletes pursue their goals.

I'm the nutrition lead here at Fort Worth Strong! I simplify nutrition and healthy habits for busy adults to build strength & confidence so they can live their best lives. My favorite part of coaching is seeing my clients enjoy their favorite foods while making progress, and persevering through challenges!"

Alli Roglin


Hi, I'm Alli! I have been a certified personal trainer since 2019 and a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2020. I will complete my B.S. in Exercise Science from Tarleton State University in the spring of 2023. I love helping others find the balance between health and life, and am a sucker for dogs and all things outdoors!

Nicholas Hoenich


After strength training on my own for serval years while working as an EMT, I decided to follow my passion for health and become a certified Personal Trainer. Now, if I'm not training or further exploring exercise science, I am riding my bicycle or rolling on a Jui Jitsu mat. I want everyone I work with to experience becoming stronger in everyday life and to achieve their individual performance goals.
