As someone who has always found freedom in movement. I draw from my own experience and practice of dance, yoga, and strength training to create an integrated, whole-human approach to wellness with everyone I have the opportunity to work with. Movement and strength are for every body.

I have always loved fitness for myself, but when I was studying to attain my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science is when I developed a passion for training people. I have adopted many different exercises and training methodologies over the years. My philosophy is to help the client improve inside the gym so that they can move better outside the gym. I really enjoying training. I help my clients achieve improved lifting mechanics, range of motion, strength, power, and endurance.
