At Fort Worth Strong, we provide the best equipment available in the functional training space. Our facility is outfitted by Rogue Fitness for all of our strength needs and Concept2 ERG’s for our endurance needs. We offer a variety of free weights and machines for a comprehensive approach to strength and conditioning.

Strength Equipment – Both training spaces are equipped with Rogue racks, free weights, and specialty tools to support our methods.

Functional & Cardio Equipment – You’ll find a range of equipment for your endurance needs from sleds and turf to jump training tools to row, bike, and ski ergs.

Recovery

Additional Equipment – Track progress using our InBody 380 body composition scanner. Utilize our recovery stations equipped with massage tools and mobility stations.

Facility Perks

We offer a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for every client. Our 7,000 sq. ft. facility is designed for results-featuring dedicated spaces for both private training and small group sessions. It’s an open and spacious facility with 5 bay doors for good weather days and HVAC during those extreme months.

InBody Scanner – Our 380 model provides metrics including muscle mass, body fat, cellular inflammation, and much more to further individualize training and track progress.

Shower

Modern Amenities – Retail storefront offering merchandise, drinks, and supplements. Access to private showers, restrooms, and personal storage units.
