6 Tips to Improve Sleep & Recovery

Our Hibernation Challenge is approaching! We are challenging our members to log 200 total hours of sleep throughout the 31 days of March. This averages out to a target of 6.5 hours every night.

Sleep can often get over looked or even sacrificed at the expense of trying to do too much. With this challenge our goal is to bring awareness to recovery and help our clients take a hard look at their current practices!

I sat down with a couple of the coaches to a let us in on a few of thier best practices for themselves and thier clients.
