Coach & Team Manager
As someone who has always found freedom in movement. I draw from my own experience and practice of dance, yoga, and strength training to create an integrated, whole-human approach to wellness with everyone I have the opportunity to work with. Movement and strength are for every body.
Nick Hight
Coach
I am a lifelong athlete who has developed a passion for health and performance. I provide an experienced coaching approach to rehabilitative training as well as strength, power, speed, and physique training development. Education: Kinesiology (Undergrad), NSCA-CPT, USAWL, and CPR-AED.
Mitch Stephens

I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer who loves all things body weight and calisthenics. I am devoted to making the gym an inclusive, welcoming space, and to remove any fears about fitness.

I find a great sense of purpose leading others to a happier, healthier lifestyle through exercise. I specialize in Olympic weightlifting and mobility, and I help my clients move and feel confident within their workouts and everyday activities outside of the gym.

I am a TCU graduate with a degree in Combined Science focusing in Sports Nutrition and Sports Psychology. Before joining the team at Fort Worth Strong, I was a collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Cincinnati Football team. Now, I love helping people of all backgrounds reach their personal health and fitness goals.
