What Is
Group Training?

At Fort Worth Strong, our group strength training program combines expert coaching with the energy and support of a team. You’ll work in a program that tailors each session to your fitness level, goals, and experience.

Every session focuses on a combination of strength, mobility, conditioning, and technique. You’ll can expect to build strength, improve your health and overall fitness, and stay motivated while training alongside others who are pushing for results too.

In our group training program, we work with an average of 8-10 clients per class to keep the ideal balance between personal instruction and a team environment.
