Take running for example. If you set out to run a marathon, how many weeks do you need to prepare? What is your running experience? What is your current fitness level? Are there any medical concerns that need to be taken into consideration? What will your schedule allow? What equipment might you need? Do you have a plan for strength training and injury prevention? Have you considered the nutritional needs? How much is too much? You get the idea, there are many things to consider before simply lacing up your running shoes and hitting the pavement.

Our “service first” model is what has led to our success for the last 6 years. Everything we do at Fort Worth Strong is by appointment with a coach. Some prefer one on one personal training or nutrition coaching, others prefer group training. Both have been highly effective at changing lives.
