No, Fort Worth Strong is a private training facility, not an open gym. Our clients train exclusively through personalized coaching sessions to ensure they get expert guidance, accountability, and results.

Our facility is outfitted with industry-leading Rogue Fitness equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, sleds, TRX systems, assault bikes, ski ergs, and an InBody scanner for progress tracking.

Yes! Our Nutrition Coaching Program is a structured six-week course designed to help you develop sustainable eating habits and fuel your workouts for optimal results. Clients receive daily lessons, accountability check-ins, and expert support to make long-term changes.

Yes! Our facility includes two showers and four private changing rooms, providing convenience and privacy for clients who train before or after work.

Yes! We host three annual fitness events for our members:

  • Trifecta (Winter) – A challenge combining biking, rowing, and jump rope.
  • Liftoff (Summer) – A strength-based event featuring deadlifts and clean & jerks.
  • Gathlon (Anniversary Event) – A team endurance race with long-distance cardio challenges.
